Salted caramel brownie

This is so good. I especially like the big chunks of brownie in there, it

definitely adds a nice soft texture to the ice cream.

This ice cream will be the end of me 😂 I love it. I got

it from Dunnes for a little over €4.
It’s super tasty! I prefer it to the cookie dough flavour.

I apreciate the intensity of the caramel, but I find it a bit too sweet…
The

brownie chunks give a nice bite and contrast. It could even have more.
