Mi è servito un po' di tempo per trovare il giusta proporzione farina-acqua-sale, ma poi il risultato è stato più che soddisfacente
È un mangiare spartano.... Poca spesa molta resa e... Si rimane in linea... Io preferisco la pizza per questo non sono in linea🤣 veloce da fare, basica e si può insaporire con del curry per esempio!!!
Preferisco sempre la polenta da cuocere a lungo (solo perché ho il paiolo elettrico eh 😅), ma se si va di fretta, o semplicemente non si ha voglia di stare un ora a girare direi che è buona!!
