I absolutely love Fauxmage's cheeses and this is my favorite of the chevre ones. The smoky flavour is delicious. The chevres tend to be softer and more spreadable than dairy chevre, which I actually like because it's a lot like cream cheese. I definitely prefer cashew based cheeses to the coconut oil ones. I was lucky enough to get this on a discount as a friend knows the owners, but I may get this for myself as a treat now and then! Much healthier than dairy cheese as an extra bonus.
