I would say this was one of the most enjoyable vegan cheese sort, melts perfectly, suitable for baking. And I am not a big fan of vegan cheese. 😍🤤🌱💚

Unfortunately, this has little to do with cheese. I needed something to gratinate small puff pastry pizzas. It was OK for that.
