Carry oooonn, carry ooonn as if nothing really matters 👸🏼 #punbasedlife 🤪 This is probably my second favourite burger from Beatroot (Portuguese brand 🇵🇹) #supportlocalbusiness I’ve already tried the Lenti-licious (lentils) one & the Olove You (olive) one. All these 3 veggie burgers I’ve tried were very yummy 😋 and also organic & 100% #plantbased This one is the Chickpea with Red Quinoa vegan burger. Ingredients: 29% chickpeas; onion; water; oat flakes; 11% carrot; millet; 3% red quinoa; olive oil; garlic; coriander; salt; 0,1% #curry (turmeric, coriander seeds, fennel, black pepper, mustard seeds, cumin) and spices. All ingredients from #organic agriculture 🌱 I prepped it on a frying pan with a dash of olive oil and some fresh garlic, sea salt & pepper. Cooked it on a low heat, on both sides for 10 minutes.
