These are mine and my daughter’s absolute favorite veggie gummy multivitamin! They’re like a tart berry and nice and soft. I notice a difference when I take them and I give these to my daughter because she’s such a picky eater and being vegan with being picky can lead to health issues. So I know with these, she’s getting what she needs. If she is running low on something, she gets dark circles around her eyes but after a few days of taking one per morning, she’s back to no circles at all. I can always tell when we haven’t had our vitamins because we both feel it. These give us more energy and just helps the day go smoothly all around. I got these for $3 on sale and bought about 6 bottles so we would be stocked up. We are on our last bottle now so I will definitely need to get more soon. Definitely recommend!
