Die Marinade ist sehr würzig und scharf, was mir gut gefällt.
Die Filetinos waren leider etwas
zäh und haben sich schlecht schneiden lassen, was aber auch daran liegen kann, dass ich sie eingefroren habe und sie innen noch leicht gefroren waren, als ich sie gegrillt habe.
Dennoch sind sie lecker, was aber vor allem durch die Marinade kommt.
