These nuts are delicious and so healthy, but pretty expensive. I’m not sure it they are sold in stores (I buy online from the company). Even though they are vert tasty, I can be satisfied with one serving.

I love these Barukas nuts and the snack packs are perfect for on the go! To me the flavor is like a cross between a peanut and an almond! Crunchy, flavorful and an excellent source of fiber and protein! I bought directly from their website site! I’ll have to review their chocolate covered ones when I buy more! Those are easy to get hooked on!! 😋😋😋
Barukas nuts are one of my favorite snacks and I also love topping my oatmeal with them. They are super healthy….loaded with antioxidants, high in fiber and low in fat. My favorite thing about them is their sustainability. They grow naturally in South American and by purchasing them you support a sustainable product instead of land being cleared for animal agriculture. They have a peanut like taste and are so delicious too.
These nuts are delicious! Makes a great crunchy snack - especially a road trip snack. We found these online and we are so glad we found them.
