I buy Chickpea Rotini packaged in four 8oz boxes at Costco and have purchased it
many times. We like the flavor and texture of this pasta. Whether cooked 7 or 9 minutes, it maintains its shape. Sauce sticks well to the curly pasta too. It works great in vegan pasta salad too. I like that it is made of only chickpeas and has 11 grams or protein per serving. We’ve served it in dishes when dining with family and recommend it to others.
