Penne Rigate n° 73 is a type of pasta made from durum wheat semolina. It has a classic shape with ridges that help sauces cling to the pasta. The texture of the pasta is al dente, which means it is firm and not overcooked. It is a versatile pasta that can be used in a variety of dishes, including hearty meat sauces and creamy Alfredo. Some customers have reported that the pasta has a great taste and is a must-have in their pantry.

#vegansydney #australia #quickandeasy #pasta #madeinitaly It’s great! 11 minutes is all it takes to boil this and enjoy a filling bowl pasta! There’s also a size reference for cooked pasta, which was very helpful for me to know if it’s done and evenly cooked, since the may time may differ depending on how many you’re boiling at once. I especially appreciate the packaging for this. It’s all paper with no plastic at all. More brands should follow suit and strive for more eco-friendly ways to package their foods. Most pasta products from this brand is vegan friendly so feel free to try them out! #veganpasta
