I recently discovered orzo and am obsessed! Such a fun pasta shape and only takes

the regular type of pasta. It was my first time eating Orzo. I really liked it.
(there was a ā#ā in front of ārecipeā that I had to delete or else the link wouldnāt work. But this link brings you to their recipe page and should be able to type in āorzo pesto saladā š)
The texture was amazing, and the flavors were lovely! For the pesto (link in the ingredients section), I used #spinach instead of basil and used a little bit of fresh #parsley, instead of pine nuts I used #almonds. I also used flax seed oil instead of olive oil. I also added in some #oregano. For the main dish, I did not include the olives or spinach (I felt a bit lazy there toward the end š
). It was so so good! š¤¤

the bottom of this post. Itās perfect for spring, with a bright lemony flavor and fresh herbs (dill is the star š¤©). Super easy and features orzo to make it a little more hearty. Let me know if you try it out!
This orzo is great for soups or pasta salads and cooks quickly. Nice to have in the pantry and itās inexpensive. I could probably make four batches of soup from this one box!
Linking the soup recipe below. One modification: I prefer to use navy beans instead of chickpeas, because theyāre a little smaller and softer. https://vegancocotte.com/vegan-avgolemono-soup/

so itās nice to get 2 different meals from one box. I used this in Greek āMeatballsā with Lemon Orzo Salad by Eat Figs, Not Pigs šš¼šš¼
