This plant-based mac by Banza is great. The pasta is made from chickpeas and the

cheddar flavor is creamily on point. I would buy this cupboard staple again. One serving provides 12g of protein and 6g of fiber, it is also gluten-free and low glycemic. 💯 I added vegan bacon to mine, too. 🥓

I wanted a “healthier” version of #macandcheese and I found this made with chickpeas

pasta and sweet potato cheese. It was good and even better with some cherry tomatoes, vegan Parmesan and some drops of chipotle salsa 🥰 #libresalfin

US Review; This Mac and cheese was decent. I didn’t have any butter so I

just used milk. I think butter would have helped make it a little creamier but it was still good. I could taste the chickpea-ness of the pasta, which was nice. A decent mac and cheese!

This is the best boxed mac and cheese I’ve had to date! 🧀

I love

that the noodles are made from chickpea, and the ingredients are better than those of other brands.

The cheese sauce has a great flavor, and it went well with the noodles.

Totally buying this again to have on hand for when I’m feeling really lazy, or just craving mac and cheese.
