I love so much spring rolls and literally you can fill them up with lots of combos! Prefer the ones with ear tree mushroom and carrots and few other simple veggies but you can use whatever! Even chickpeas and corn!

Lógicamente no puedo juzgar su sabor porque no saben, pero una vez lo rellenas de verduras, tofu, soja texturizada, etc. y los haces a la plancha, horno y fríes, quedan crujientes y muy ricos
