any other supermarket in NZ. The instructions were simple and clear, and the ingredients were of high quality. Most Afghan biscuits in the market are not vegan due to the chocolate topping 😕 Cheat away from #healthylifestylewith this one. The mix contained cocoa powder, desiccated coconut, and cornflakes, which gave the biscuits a rich chocolate flavor and a crunchy texture. I just had to add some vegan butter and mix it well, then shape the dough into balls and bake them for about 16 minutes. The result was amazing: the biscuits were crispy. Pretty good result for an #accidentallyvegan and a pretty easy way to keep my #sweettooth while #ditchdairy 💪🏻😜
I would definitely recommend this mix to anyone who wants to make some quick and easy afghans that are sure to impress. I think this mix is a good value for money $4.90 a bag as it saves me time and effort, and produces consistent and delicious results (almost 30 biscuits) that are VEGAN 😍
