Bailey’s Almond Cream

This was so good in coffee and I will have to try it again!

Before I was vegan, I loved Bailey’s Irish Cream. And now they’ve released a vegan

version. It is delicious. Same creamy texture. Same evocative taste with a bit of almond thrown in. Delicious on the rocks.

Not sure why they made the vegan version of this classic beverage with vodka?

It’s supposed to be “Irish Cream” and that means Whiskey. So…we add a splash of whiskey to make it more closely resemble the original. Cheers!
