Rice dumpling (zongzi)

Got it from a vegan friend as a gift for Dragon Boat Festival. I am a big fan of zongzi. This one is better than I expected! Rice is a bit too soft, but the taste is just right, not too salty. The plant-based meat can be softer. First plant-based meat zongzi, not bad!
