Fudge Mint Cookies

If you crave mint Girl Scout cookies and can’t find them ... these are a fantastic substitute.... they are delicious!!

So, I bought these to take to a work party where I’m the only vegan and wanted something delicious to share.  Oh man, these were amazing! They taste just like Girl Scout Thin Mints.  They are the same in terms of crispiness too. These do have palm oil and palm kernel oil, which is a downer and, I haven’t yet contacted the company to ask if they use sustainably and ethically sourced palm.

Yum! Just so you know, GS thin mints are vegan 😊

Omg, seriously?!  I thought they weren’t, but I wonder if I just remember stopping purchasing them when I was pretty strictly following a whole food, plant-based diet.  🤔

Make sure to check at the start of every cookie season, but they’ve been vegan for years. They’re my favorite so I did the happy dance when I found out! 
You’re welcome! A few of the GS cookies are vegan but I personally only have eyes for thin mints 😆

You know, I remember checking in the past and must have known they were vegan and just forgot!  I edited my post so as not to spread lies!  😀
