Pickled beets may not be for everyone but I really enjoy them. My mom often had these in the house when I was a child. They are earthy but also tangy and sweet. Delicious in a salad or on a veggie sandwich…or simply on a fork!
It tastes good. I use it in my salads, soups or I eat plain as a snack.
This brand of beets are so good and perfect for salads !
