Long story short, I was listening to an episode of the DOAC podcast about how glucose spikes from starches and sugars are harmful to our body overtime and increases risks of diabetes. But having acetic acid from vinegar can reduce the spike when consumed before having lots of carbs. I love my carbs so I bought this and diluted with water. I find the taste pleasant to drink when diluted and haven’t been having food coma when I have it before a huge meal. So far, I’m rather satisfied with it. Price: £2 from Sainsbury
