I can’t rave enough about this gem of a find...! (and do so reluctantly at the risk of it being Sold Out) Handmade Tofu No - it doesn’t come in pretty packaging No - it’s not silky smooth No - it’s not perfectly white No - it’s not gently flavoured Creamy white, firm textured, earthy flavoured fresh, handmade tofu from the local Asian market. And at ZAR3.00 (No, that’s not a typo) per approximately 150g block - what’s not to love? ❤️ Pic 1: individual blocks ranging from about 140-160g @ ZAR3.00 - that’s around ZAR20.00/kg 😱 Pic 2: Lazy Dinner - purple cabbage, yellow pepper, green beans, black beans, cubed tofu with a chilli mint dressing (see next review)
