with a more runny consistency . Very plain, not sweet, goes really well with fruit, porridge, bagels, jam, agave, protein powder, anything! High protein and low carb which is great for my macros!

that I've found! It's also free from sugar so you can use it in both sweet and savoury cooking. I do find that the beany taste is pretty strong though, and the downside of there being no sugar is that there's really nothing to mask that taste. It's also pretty thin. Fine for eating as a health food rather than for enjoyment though, and there's no plastic lid which cuts down the waste a bit.
