This was actually better than Quorn imo but I still don’t love frozen vegan mince. I think it just goes too mushy sadly
This is really good mince!! Very similar to the Sainsbury’s Plant Pioneers/Morrison’s mince. Idk why they’re all p much the same, but I’m not complaining😊 definitely recommend
I cooked this into a bolognese with loads of veggies in and it just kind of got lost in the meal, like I couldn't really taste it in there. But I'm sure it helped the overall texture/flavour and added some protein. I also don't remember what animal mince tastes like so I can't comment on the realistic-ness of it
I love this mince!! Had Tescos sauce with it and peas and sweet corn and Asda pasta
