Vegan cheese has come a long way from the rubbery tasteless alternatives. This one is is as close as you will get to a cheddar and melts beautifully. Price not bad either. #veganisnotscary

I think this is a very tasty cheddar alternative. Like most plant-based cheeses, it's a rubbery - processed cheese - texture, but tastes more cheddary than most I've tried, & melts very well. (I've added a photo of a pizza I enhanced with it). Obviously not a health food (the reference intakes are based on a 30g serving. I used about 100g to 'pimp up' the Tesco pizza photographed. #abillionturns3
Delicious! It does melt if there is humidity. The price is fabulous compared to other brands, goes around 7 pounds/kg. I have been addicted to it, so I always have it on my fridge.
Handy grated Vegan hard cheese, quick tasty sandwich filling or sprinkled on savoury dishes for that extra yum!
