Nice ‘cheesy’ cheddar flavour and perfect fit sandwiches, sauces, pizza. It melts nicely in the
oven.
Quite ‘fake cheese’ tasting but cheaper than branded options and definitely edible! Mixed it with
violife grated (which I find a little on the bland side) on jacket potatoes and the blend was 👌 #top20 #ditchdairy
Disclaimer: I’m not a person who is fussy about vegan cheese at all, I get
along with most (except Violife’s blu cheese 🤮). But this cheese is really nice, creamy, inoffensive, not gummy, melts well (but needs to be covered, on the lasagne it wasn’t covered). Has a subtle cheddar taste, not very strong but I think that makes it more accessible to more palettes maybe?!
Vegan grated cheese from Asda is useful to sprinkle on top of pasta or risotto
dishes. I’m not too big on the taste, it tastes quite sweet compared to other cheese alternatives I’ve tasted but it’s not awful
