Garlic and herb soft cheese alternative

This is such a good soft cheese alternative! I literally could not tell the difference.

Taste is 10/10, goes lovely with vegan ham on a bagel. Might even try baking it with tomatoes for a “feta pasta” replica. And it’s only about 80p too, making it really cheap.

Overall I like this! It has a tasty garlic and herb flavour and a nice

soft cheese taste.

My only issue with this product is the texture, I find it a bit too runny. I have been eating it warm bagels and this warmth seems to melt it really quickly compared to other soft cheeses.

So I’ve tried it twice now and I really like it! It’s VERY strong though.

I seasoned with salt and black pepper on a bagel and I did not need the seasoning 👀 the garlic and herb does taste good though. It’s a good consistency and it actually melts! I’m not sure if soft cheese is supposed to melt, but it does. I wasn’t a great fan of cheese before I went vegan but I really like this!

I wasn't holding out much hope of liking this as I've tried

loads of cream cheeses and not enjoyed them, this was surprisingly nice. Nice creamy taste, good on crusty bread to add to a vegan cheese board.
