This was a much more acceptable size bag than the cocoa that I got from the same company, though 2 lbs of nutritional yeast would be used with ease. I use nutritional yeast in many recipes but tonight it was for our homemade mac. Just butternut squash (roasted or canned), nutritional yeast, salt, and unsweetened almond milk. You can’t go wrong with #nooch! We saw this bag for a good price while shopping at #vegansupplychain so we got a bag, even though we always have lots at home. It was kind of refreshing not to be buying it in #bulk like we normally do.
Bought this before I was vegan and occasionally used it on popcorn. Now I use it daily on almost everything, but especially my tofu scrambles and all things pasta.
