This is some of the best gluten free mac & cheese I’ve tried! The flavor
was super cheesy and the pasta was tender (I boiled for about 8-9 min). Only downside is I had to stir the pasta a lot while it was boiling since it kept sticking to the bottom of the pot. I added some garlic powder and ate the whole box in one sitting lol.
I think the game changer is actually following the instructions to make the sauce. I’ve always made boxed mac by adding the butter, milk, and cheese packet on top of the pasta and then mixing. They recommend to make the sauce in the pot while the pasta strains, THEN mix in the pasta. This creates an evenly creamy sauce with no clumps. So simple!
