Great lunch on the go that’s easy to make and taste great. The broth, seasonings, and noodles tasted yummy. And surprisingly did not have a gummy texture. Unfortunately a lot of wasted plastic but the bowl I have been able to add into my recycle Tupperware collection.
Really easy to make, great consistency and very tasty. I loved the texture of the udon noodles. Sadly there is a lot of plastic packaging so I will not repurchase often, but it is a good option for someone that needs a warm fast lunch. I used the boiling water method, not the microwave.
This one is just ok. The noodles were good but the flavor was average. It had chunks of red bell pepper I think and that’s not very Miso to me. I will not but it again. If you don’t have anything else it’ll do but if you can, buy the powder miso found in Ralph’s.
