Smoked Cheddar

It’s quite good in a toastie and melts well when grated, but wouldn’t eat often as its very processed and quite expensive.

Quite smokey grated cheddar, really tasty but doesn't melt that well in the oven - may have been better in the microwave or on the hob etc.
