We made a vegan alfredo vegetable dish, the shells cooked perfectly! I really love all the different types of pasta coming out now. Definitely enjoyed the flavor too.
This is the best gf pasta I’ve found. Not mushy or gritty and really tasty. I make mac and cheese with this and it’s the only pasta I’ll use. Made from brown rice, quinoa and non gmo corn too.
