The veggies and noodles in this were really good, I enjoyed the sauce as well. 😋
When Amy was growing up, we’d visit our local Chinese restaurant and always order Sweet & Sour tofu for the whole family. So we were thrilled when Amy’’s chefs recently came up with a recipe for our family’s favorite Asian meal. To make this dish, they mix crunchy organic broccoli florets and bright, colorful bell peppers with fresh house-made tofu and place the mix in a bed of organic brown rice and quinoa. Then they tie it all together with a rich, Szechuan-style sweet and spicy sauce. Delicious…the only thing missing is a fortune cookie. Vegan/gluten free/dairy free/lactose free/tree nut free/kosher/plant based
organic quinoa, organic brown rice, organic bell peppers, organic tofu (filtered water, organic soybeans, magnesium chloride), organic orange juice, filtered water, organic broccoli, organic butternut squash, organic tamari (water, organic soybeans, organic alcohol [to preserve freshness], salt), snow peas, organic onions, expeller pressed high oleic safflower and/or sunflower oil, organic cane sugar, pineapple juice, organic garlic, organic distilled vinegar, organic cornstarch, organic ginger purée (filtered water, organic ginger), organic ketchup (organic tomato concentrate, organic distilled vinegar, organic cane sugar, sea salt, organic onion powder, organic spice, natural flavor), organic green onions, toasted sesame seeds, sea salt, dried chiles, and black pepper.

Great new choice for quick & easy Amy’s meals. Lunch size portion.
I came across 3 new Amy’s bowls at Target today, and they’re all vegan! 🥳 I decided to start with this one because I needed something spicy, and this did the trick. I like the mix of quinoa and rice and the assortment of veggies (and, of course, the tofu).
