Was definitely surprised by the taste of this Vegan Lasagna. I have to attest that it definitely tastes better than it looks. Thought the cheese doesn’t exactly melt, apart from that it’s definitely a good try :)

This was the best vegan gluten-free lasagna that I've ever tasted out of the microwave. It was absolutely delicious and very simple to make. No, it's not as good as homemade but it's very, very good.
Great flavor, delicious savory and cheesy. Usually I find gluten free food falls apart but this one didn't. Little pricey.
