A solid canned soup for what it is. The nutritional info has it listed per can and per cup. I dont know who is opening the can and only eating a cup of soup haha. Sodium is high at 50% of DV for the can. Organic ingredients and a decent source of fiber, potassium and iron. I added some spinach and chilli flakes to my bowl. Tasted pretty good. I like the chunky pasta shape.
