Amy’s Golden Lentil Indian Dal Soup

Not the best Indian dal I’ve had but the other one was also not a soup. Definitely had flavor but also a lotta sodium.

This is one of my favorite Amy’s soups for a quick delicious lunch. Good flavor! I add some spinach and heat it up a bit 🍲

I LOVE this soup. It’s a bit pricey or it would always be in my pantry. It’s creamy, seasoned perfectly, and tastes delicious. I may see if I can create my own for less, but if you’re not interested in cooking I’d recommend this.

A little heavy on the cumin but otherwise a delicious soup. I am surprised VEGAN is not more prominently displayed on the label.

Nice thick soup, not spicy, but it has a strong taste. High in iron, protein and fibre. I heated it in a saucepan, took 4 minutes or less.
