This was surprisingly amazing! It was thick and creamy so I dipped a tortilla in

here to use as some bread. I’m definitely getting this again to pair with some homemade vegan naan. So delicious and a little lighter/soupier than traditional dal.

Not the best Indian dal I’ve had but the other one was also not a

soup. Definitely had flavor but also a lotta sodium.

A little heavy on the cumin but otherwise a delicious soup. I am surprised

VEGAN is not more prominently displayed on the label.

This is one of my favorite Amy’s soups for a quick delicious lunch. Good flavor!

I add some spinach and heat it up a bit 🍲
