Oh, Amy. So tasty. So convenient. Kinda nutritious?? Don’t care. This and the golden dal are my two faves as far as the soups go. Throw some frozen or fresh veggies in here, maybe some HealthForce mushroom powder, step it up a notch? Plain or not, this is a kickass can of soup.

I'm usually not huge on canned soups but this isn't bad when you're low on time. It has good flavor and is very filling/full of protein. I forgot to get a photo of it after I opened the can!
