Cultured butter

An amazing product which is clearly made with love and attention to detail.
The butter is

smooth and as close to dairy texture that I've come across so far.
And the taste is delicious!
The only downside is the cost which I understand as it's a small business with handcrafted produce.

had split (left out for hours while I hosted a cooking dem in a hot kitchen but wanted everyone to taste it!)
But I could just blend it & shape again.

It’s exactly the same as dairy butter. Great taste & texture.

All their products are fantastic.

A very nice butter alternative. Subtle flavours and very creamy, will buy again.
