Mix di cereali e legumi di ottima qualità, è molto pratico per chi ha poco

tempo per selezionare i singoli ingredienti. Buonissimo per le zuppe ma anche come insalata di cereali e legumi sia calda che fredda. Gustoso e versatile. Immancabile per la mia pausa pranzo.

This is my favorite brand for legumes, and this particular one is my favorite type

to make a warm and enjoyable soup. I just chop some onions, add them with a tablespoon of oil in a pan and toast the legumes. I then add some water and sometimes vegetable stock, rosemary and sage. It takes ~ 60 minutes to be ready. Sometimes I add zucchini in there to make it a balanced meal. #veganuary
