Alsan-S (Butter)
I like it..., taste is good, and it works great on sandwiches, for baking,

or pan-frying.
This one I used to make a herb butter with it..., one half just with garlic #garliclover and the other half I mixed with rosemary and a little of a grated peel of a lime.

Bought: Germany, "Rewe" supermarket, 0,95 €

For this vegan birthday cake with "butter" cream I used Alsan. It tastes a lot

like butter and the consistence is really good for butter cream.

Finally, I found this vegan butter alternative. I can't make up any difference to real

butter, so why would anyone still but dairy butter?

I like to use it for baking and cooking because it is cheaper than other

brands. My husband doesn't like it on bread, but he likes the vegan butter from violife better. I don't notice any particular difference. 😅
