Mexicali Burrito

Really good, nice mexican flavor. Still wish the the tortilla was thinner #harvestmoon

Cooked in a toaster oven. Crispy tortilla with Mexican tasted filling. Great snack.

I am liking these burritos.

Alpha has produced some absolute stinkers in their time, so I guess I should be

relieved first and foremost that this was edible, #spicy #cashewcheese and all.

The filling to #burrito ratio wasn't good enough for my liking, and the whole thing was also hard to heat up in a convectional oven. I heated it at 20 degrees above the recommended temperature (a compromise with the hash brown in the background 😉) and still the insides were cold. All while the outer skin threatened to burn to a crisp 😬

I guess this is #lazyvegan #frozen food so we should all manage expectations accordingly 😕

This had a nice flavor but was even better when I added hot sauce &

avocado. The burrito is small so it’s more of a snack than a meal. Heats up quick in the microwave but I’d recommend baking it if you have the time!

I liked the beef-style crumble with the vegan cheddar and taco sauce - very flavorful!
