"secca", e devo dire che questi sono fantastici! tengono magnificamente la cottura e sono gustosi, spessi e assolutamente nutrienti 💯 li ho cucinati con sugo pomodoro, aglio, funghi e prezzemolo, una bontà! 🔝 li ricomprerò sicuramente

At the Eurospin supermarket during the week dedicated to the promotional sale of typical products

from the Italian Alps, I purchased - for the first time - this pack of Pizzoccheri (250 grams) with IGP Protected Geographical Indication: from Valtellina; fresh pasta in the shape of long and thick "tagliatelle" made with a mixture of various cereal flours including buckwheat (20%), with a gray-brown color, semi-hard consistency and intense flavor that after the initial surprise, I found really pleasant and which is made even tastier by the great ability of this type of pasta to hold the sauce.

Non ho mai provato i pizzoccheri, ma questi sono terribili!
Pessimo il gusto,

la consistenza e i tempi di cottura.
Non so se avrò il coraggio di provarne di qualità migliore...

In versione fresca e simili a dei tagliolini, cuociono in pochi minuti e sono un'interessante

alternativa al classico piatto di pasta. Li ho conditi con broccoli, olive e burgerino a tocchetti.

I made this pizzoccheri with soy cream, mixed mushrooms and truffle cream. It was good,

but I don’t like really much the taste of buckwheat.
