I didn’t realize it can be so hard to find vegan #cereal until I came to the realization that the previous ones I bought weren’t vegan at all. I don’t understand why there’s such a need to add milk powder and egg with oat flakes. Hopefully cereals of this kind get more affordable with more vegan options.

This is pretty good for how healthy it is! It's really high in protein and fibre and has no added sugar or oils. I like letting it sit in mylk for a bit so the oats soften but there is still a bit of crispiness. #muesli #cereal #healthybreakfast #alpen #oats #driedfruits #highprotein
Super nice muesli from Alpen! It was sweet and super easy to find in many supermarkets !
It’s mostly tasteless cos it’s sugar free but at least there’s berry flavour. Too healthy.
Love this muesli cereal. Nutritious. 10g of proteins with only 5g of fat per serving of one cup. Also a good source of fibre.
