Aaah, it's propably the grain which gets called superfood the most. In my opinion it's a more expensive alternative to rice which has a higher protein content and also a higher cobtent of some minerals. If you've never had it, try it. It's great to combine with really any sauce, I've found. You're going to need a close-meshed sieve to clean it. So make sure you have that ready for when you've planned to cook it. #lesgidit
