A soy cream perfect for cooking! I made a soup with jerusalem artichokes and it

turned out deliciously creamy. It separates a bit, but if you’re going to mix the final product it doesn’t really matter.

I love to use soy cuisine for creamy pasta sauces or desserts! This one is

I used this cream for a Bärlauch soup, it was nice, quite neutral in taste

and liquid.
I'll try another time to cook a cream for a pasta to see if taste and consistency fit.
