Amazing product from Lidl.
Especially love the dried goji berry powder, which gives this flaxseed mix
a lovely fruity taste.
Add this to porridge mix for the most delicious breakfast. I've also used this as an egg replacer for baking cakes (1egg equipment = mix 1 tablespoon with 3 tablespoons of warm water and leave for 10minutes to thicken)
For porridge, usually I mix a big batch and then store in an airtight container.
The mix:
50% rolled oats
25% alesto linseed mix
15% alesto dried cranberries & raisins mix
10% dried goji berries
Then you can also add cinnamon powder, and fresh/frozen strawberries & blueberries
