Really tasty and nutritious - nothing like meat sausages but that’s not a bad thing!
This is are really good for a sandwich/ with a meal, though flavour really depends on what you eat it with. Okay for a sausage alternative that’s not processed fake meat.
Had this chopped in a wrap with veg. It was very sticky before being cooked which I wasn't sure about but it cooked well and hen had a really nice texture and flavour. Good if you want a slightly different vegan sausage #newarc
