Molto molto buoni, piccoli e teneri. Costano più di altri ma da mangiare così con

un po' di evo sale e pepe si sente la differenza da altri più economici.

Ceci pronti dal gusto e consistenza gradevoli, perfetti per la preparazione di diversi piatti.

These boiled chickpeas are a great product for me: only essential ingredients and very good

nutritional values. They are also a very convenient option to consume legumes in a plant based diet (but not only) avoiding the significant soaking and cooking time. Alce Nero is a pretty well established organic brand in Italy and I can normally only recommend their products. These chickpeas can be used in salads in warmer seasons, or for soups when the weather, like now, is getting colder. 🍂 N.B. Nutritional values are per cooked amount, hence with the absorbed water - per 100g of dry product, all nutrients are present in higher quantities.
