Frikandelbroodje vegan

Perfect commute brunch. With my foldable e-bike on a train to a family birthday, after

a short afterparty night, this works. With nice amount of spiced ketchup/curry sauce.
Only thing was the the Rotterdam central station AH-to-go did not have the shelf tags or ‘vegan marker’ on the packaging.

This is my first time eating a frikandelbroodje (vegan or not). Pleasantly surprised! Reminds me

of a sausage roll, but with a curried/chutney type sauce. Would definitely have again. None of the AH’s near me stock them though - found it per chance at a small one at the station.

It is great they made a vegan version of this snack. I didn't know what

to expect as I have never had a frikandelbroodje, but it was a nice. Not the best thing I have ever had, but good.

This tastes really good. I enjoyed both the frikadel and the curry sauce. It's exactly

how I remember a frikandelbroodje.
