The vegan answer to bakwa.
Made from mushroom, wheat and tapioca. This is the spicy
version. Slightly chewy. Makes a good filling for a sandwich or slice it to strips to cook with your vego dishes.

Definitely a tasty bakkwa/bee cheng hiang jerky type of product replacement. It has a hint
of herby taste at the first bite, but just dissipate as you take more bites. The texture would be spot on if they just made it more rough, but hey, what matter is that it taste good and perfectly complement steaming rice.
Definitely recommended.

Can be used as bacon or smoked ham. I had it as a snack and
wraps. It's a bit chewy, but still smells and tastes good
