Sinceramente questi prodotti, secondo il mio palato, si avvicinano più al sapore della bresaola che a quello del prosciutto.
Prodotto molto buono, sapore molto realistico e consistenza migliore rispetto ad altri prodotti simili. Unica pecca, se proprio volessimo trovarne una, contiene un po' di sale.
