Quite affordable, compared to similar products. It also has the important minerals and vitamins in in my opinion adequate amounts in it. I take one pill every day, enthough I should get everything besides B12 from my diet. That way I want to kill the debate if I get deficient in any vitamin or mineral. #lesgidit
